Shipping includes the transit and handling of your wine order.

Standard ground shipping usually takes 3-5 business days after your order is processed and credit card is approved.

Most standard shipping is handled by Fed-Ex Ground. Other rates are available for faster delivery at higher costs.

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from winesent.com. All packages sent out by winesent.com will require an adult signature upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you supply a business address for better service. Packages may not be left without a signature, and shipping costs cannot be refunded if there is no adult to sign for the shipment.

Shipping charges are calculated as orders are recieved. With those charges is a $3.50 signature fee that FedEx applies to every wine shipment.

Winesent.com automatically adds insurance to each order placed online. This covers you from any package lost or damaged in transit.

All packages are sent in secure containers to ensure proper delivery. At winesent.com we will do everything possible on our end to protect your shipment from temperature-related damage. If you are concerned about the weather in your area, you may ask for a different shipping date or upgrade to a faster shipment option.

Wine Returns

We at winesent.com are committed to your satisfaction. If there is any problem with your shipment, you must call or e-mail us within 30 days of the delivery date. If you think the product is bad, please put the cork back in with the remaining product still in the bottle. We can not accept returns on empty bottles.

Cancelled or returned orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Out of Stock Items

Although we try to monitor all offered inventory carefully, there are times when some items will turn up out of stock. Most are a very temporary thing, a matter of a day or 2. Others could be longer in which we will either delete the item from the site till it is back in stock or have it marked OUT OF STOCK. If an item is out of stock you will be notified of this and offered a similar product as a replacement, or you may wish to wait till the out of stock item becomes available. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order and you will not be charged for out of stock items.
